Is Indica Make You Smell Like Weed? While there are many things that people can find compelling about indica, it is a question of personal preference. Serotonin is responsible for regulating mood, sleep, appetite and other daily functions in our bodies. Therefore, if you’re prone to anxiety, you should definitely consider giving both indicas and sativas a try.

Aside from the common effects mentioned above – many medical studies have shown that certain strains of marijuana have some positive effect on people who suffer from depression.
